Hi there, it’s Maura.
Today, I’m not reaching out to ask you to chip in or take action – I’m simply reaching out to say, ‘Thank you.’
Thank you for everything you’ve done to get our campaign to this point. Whether you’ve chipped in, volunteered, or spread the word about our campaign to your friends and family, having you on our team means so much to me.
Time and time again, I’ve seen that we can go further together than we can on our own. When I was growing up, my mom raised me and my four siblings on her own for a long time. It wasn’t always easy, but any challenges that came our way were no match for us. Our mom taught us that the foundation of a strong team is built on community, grit, and caring for others – and that made us unstoppable.
In the AG’s Office, I’ve used these same values to guide our work, overcome tough challenges, and hold bad actors and powerful corporations, like ExxonMobil and the Sackler family, accountable.
Our next Governor will face a whole new set of challenges, like tackling the rising cost of living and combating the climate crisis. But I know that this grassroots team is up to the task. From North Adams to Lowell, and Leominster to New Bedford, people are coming together to grow our movement and build a state where everyone can thrive – not just the lucky few.
So again, I want to thank you for being such a dedicated member of our team. Your support does not go unnoticed and I can’t wait to win this important race together.
