Too often politicians go to Washington and forget about the people they were elected to serve. They put their own interests first and start to think they’re above the law.

Get this, at least 64 members of Congress have broken a law to stop insider stock trading, yet most people in Washington refuse to do anything about it.

But I say we should ban members of Congress from trading stocks all together. Let’s put it to a vote and dare politicians like my opponent to vote against it.

If you agree, add your name today to tell Congress to ban their members from trading stocks. Our Senators should be working for you, not themselves.

When we win this race, there will be no question that I’m voting to put the needs of North Carolina families first — not corporate interests and wealthy insiders.

I don’t care who it upsets — I will not hesitate to cast my vote to ban members of Congress from trading stocks. We deserve a Senator who will fight for us, and who understands her job is to serve others.
