Hi folks,

I know our team has been reaching out quite a bit recently to ask for you to chip in before our final fundraising deadline. As Pat’s campaign manager, I want to explain why I think pitching in to help elect Pat Ryan to Congress is especially important right now.

Pat is the real deal. I know we can count on him every day in Washington to have our backs and fight for our families.

And now more than ever, we need representatives in Congress who will get to work to protect our freedoms. We’ve seen reproductive rights stripped away by the Supreme Court, and who knows what’s next. Not only that, but every time Congress tries to enshrine these rights, Republicans vote ‘no.’ We just can’t count on them. That’s why it’s so important to elect Pat.

This race is going to be incredibly close . Republicans and Democrats alike are watching this election as a bellwether for what’s to come in November.

It’s certainly not an easy campaign, but it’s a worthwhile one, especially for Pat. This district is his home . It’s where he grew up, it’s where he’s worked, and it’s where he is raising his family.

He’s going to spend each day in Washington thinking about home and the people there, and that’s exactly the kind of representation we need in Congress.
