Abortion will be on the ballot in Virginia in ‘23 in the battle for control of the state legislature

Folks,

Last night, voters in Kansas delivered staggering results in a referendum aimed at protecting abortion rights within the state. With a resounding 59% of the vote, Kansans loudly defeated the GOP-led effort to strip women of their constitutional right to choose.

That’s right – abortion rights were supported by a margin of 18 points in a state that former President Donald Trump won by roughly 15 points in 2020.

But here’s the thing — these results in Kansas won’t stop the VA GOP from trying to pass anti-abortion legislation in the future. They’ve already vowed to propose total bans on abortion in the next legislative session. It’s on us to stop them. We need to take back the majority in 2023 — Can we count on you to chip in $10 right now to help defend abortion access in Virginia?

Thanks for chipping in to help save this right in Virginia.
