Tomorrow, the future of our country will be decided. John xxxxxx, this is it.

I want to give my personal thanks for all your support and everything you've done during this incredible election campaign. I'm proud to be part of a movement that has transformed politics. We now stand on the brink of real change. It's time to make it happen.

What happens next is up to us. If you already have a plan for tomorrow, stick to it. If not - here's a plan you can follow:

STEP 1: VOTE LABOUR

This handy tool lets you find your local polling station.

STEP 2: GET YOUR COMMUNITY VOTING

The future of our country, and of generations to come, hangs in the balance.

On Friday, we could begin rebuilding Britain so that children aren't forced into poverty, or left on hospital floors. We could rebuild a Britain where homelessness is a thing of the past, not of the future. Where we have a fully funded NHS, a million new good green jobs and absolutely no one left behind.

It's time for real change - for the many, not the few.

Thank you.

Jeremy Corbyn

Leader of the Labour Party
