First , multiple public polls showed our campaign tied or ahead of our opponent in this election, Republican Senator Thom Tillis.

Then , GOP groups fueled by Mitch McConnell and the Koch family started spending outrageous sums of money on ads -- and an analysis of the race said it would be “one of the most expensive in the country.”

Now , our campaign is in a position to flip this Senate seat and put Democrats a step closer to taking back the majority.

But , our fundraising has slowed down. December is a tough month for fundraising, and we’re trying to stay on pace to reach our goal before the FEC reporting deadline this month.
