This Republican-linked group is pouring tens of thousands of dollars behind ads attacking the Squad and seemingly trying to kill Democrats’ reconciliation bill. They are even directly texting misleading attacks about Ilhan’s record on climate change to people in MN-05.

These attacks on Ilhan’s climate record don’t stand up to scrutiny. She helped lead the charge to address climate change since she arrived in Congress — from championing a Green New Deal, to fighting to hold polluters accountable and end $15 billion in federal subsidies to fossil fuel companies, to introducing legislation to build sustainable housing and create a green federal jobs program.

Ilhan knows we can’t afford to wait when it comes to tackling the climate crisis, as heat waves, deadly wildfires, flooding, and famine devastate our communities in the United States and around the world. She won’t stop pushing for the boldest climate action possible in the reconciliation bill.
