Great things can happen when we work together, John.

For months now, I have worked along with several of my colleagues to keep up discussions about passing legislation to combat climate change. Now, the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 is finalized and ready to improve our energy security and tackle the climate crisis.

Politico called this bold package "the biggest climate spending package in U.S. history." The bill will invest $369 billion into energy security and climate change projects that will benefit every American, cutting emissions by 40% in the next eight years. It will also lower the price of prescription drugs and reduce our deficit by $300 billion.

I have always believed climate change is one of the important challenges facing our nation and the world. Taking decisive action like this is exactly what we need to do if we want to protect our planet for future generations.

If you support this historic bill to tackle climate, prescription drugs, and inflation issues, sign our petition today >> [link removed]
