Thursday, July 21st
MAVCON 2022 kicked off at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa, Florida, where attendees visited with and heard from Representative French Hill (AR-02) and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody.
Keynote speaker Senator Marco Rubio (FL) began the evening by expressing strong optimism in the conservative movement, led by Maverick PAC members.  Senator Rubio's positive sentiment was carried over into the fireside chat between Representative Byron Donalds (FL - 19) and Joe Pinion, U.S. Senate Candidate (NY). We concluded the evening by celebrating Maverick PAC's 2022 Future40 honorees.
Saturday, July 23rd
 Senator Rick Scott (FL) welcomed attendees back to the final day of conference before they enjoyed an afternoon boat cruise or brewery tour in Tampa Bay. Saturday evening consisted of diverse panel discussions focused on GOP female candidates, national security, the panel Representative Stephanie Bice (OK-05) participated in, and crypto currency.

We were honored to celebrate the 2022 recipients of our Future40 award, which recognizes emerging conservative leaders in the private and public sectors. Wesley Hunt, U.S. House Candidate for District 38 (TX), and Former Maverick PAC National Board Member, hosted the award ceremony on July 22nd. Congratulations to our Future40 winners! 
We just completed our second round of funding for the 2022 midterm elections, donating $60,000 to the conservative candidates listed below, who were voted on and selected by our members. The full list of 2022 maverick-supported candidates may be found here. To submit a nomination for future rounds of funding, please fill out the candidate support form on our website. All nominations will be considered by the Candidate Selection Committee.
