- Prosecutors are grilling witnesses for hours in front of a grand jury,
- Witnesses include senior aides to Vice President Mike Pence,
- Top aides have had their phone records seized, including President Trump’s former chief of staff,
- And prosecutors are zeroing in on what President Trump said to his lawyers and staff about the stolen election…and what he tried to do to fight the election fraud.
What’s more, Attorney General Merrick Garland signaled that he’s open to prosecuting President Trump in a recent interview on NBC.
