Last week the Richmond City Council passed an ordinance to allow collective bargaining for city employees. I applaud all whose efforts paid off, continuing to bring our great city towards a brighter future.

This ordinance will give first responders, labor and trades workers, and administrative workers the ability to negotiate things like pay, retirement, and healthcare.

When we talk about bringing the Fix to RVA, this is what we’re talking about. Now, let’s keep up the good work!
