I don't have to tell you what's on the line this month. Since Roe v. Wade has been overturned and Florida's 15-week abortion ban took effect, Republicans have now set their sights on an ALL OUT abortion ban. We must stop them in their tracks -- and the only way to do that is at the ballot box.
We're just weeks away from the August elections, and Ruth's List has 39 endorsed candidates in races across the state. Candidates like Ashley Gantt in HD 109, who is running against the ONLY Democrat that voted for the 15-week abortion ban. Candidates like Senate Minority Leader Lauren Book, who will never stop fighting for our reproductive rights in Tallahassee. And local school board candidates like Damaris Allen and Dawnyelle Singleton, community leaders whose priority is making sure our students receive the highest quality education, not advancing a misguided political agenda.
