Hi John, I’m in between meetings, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t reach out this morning to personally thank you for your support over this past month.In just the last few weeks, I’ve been attacked by Steve Bannon, shady GOP super PACs, and allies of my right-wing opponent here in VA-02. I knew this team would help me rise above all that noise with an influx of grassroots support – and you absolutely did. I can’t thank you enough.

But our work is far from over. After days of stalling, Senate Republicans finally voted to send the PACT Act to the President’s desk for his signature and expand health care services and benefits to millions of veterans who have earned it.

Two bills that I sponsored will also be included and will have a direct impact on veterans in Coastal Virginia and across the country.

Despite Republican obstruction, Democrats are standing our ground and delivering results to the American people.

I’m particularly proud to have helped pass the CHIPS and Science Act , which lowers costs for families and creates new, dependable jobs. We’re working around the clock to enact real, effective solutions to inflation and the climate crisis.

While this kind of progress doesn’t always make national headlines, it will make an enormous impact on the lives of Coastal Virginians.

These recent legislative achievements are the reason national Republicans are hell-bent on seizing VA-02. They have no shortage of resources, but we’ve managed to counter their constant attacks and build an impressive campaign.

That’s all thanks to your support. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have you by my side through all of it.
