We have a BIG opportunity!
(And keep scrolling for news!)

First, I need your help.

We need to raise $2,000 to put out a video we’ve been working on for a while. It’s going to be BIG, but only if you help.

We’re also 200 donations of any amount away from setting another record!

Help Us Make Our Video
That’s an average donation of just $10.

We can have an Attorney General who works for us and holds the rest of our government accountable.

With your donation, you’re investing in:

🏛The most experienced candidate for Attorney General;

🔎 One of the nation’s lead anti-corruption investigators;

📋The biggest grassroots campaign for Missouri Attorney General ever, and one that pays a living wage;

💡 Comprehensive, community-led proposals to prosecute corruption, protect health care, fight scammers, reduce violence, uphold civil rights, and reform our broken justice system;

📱An innovative #EladSquad volunteer game to get more people than ever civically engaged;

🗳A statewide campaign that puts local communities, candidates, and service first;

👀The most transparent campaign in America;

✔️A candidate you can trust who is not taking dark money, corporate money, or big money.

Your donation means so much more than money with us. It’s a statement about what you want our future to be.

Make a statement. Put your name on our quarterly report.

Donate what you can - even if it's $1 - and ask your friends to join you.

Second, I am taking dark money to the Missouri Supreme Court.

Yesterday, I filed an application with the Missouri Supreme Court to review the case Elad Gross v. A New Missouri, Inc.

I sued over a year ago to provide transparency to the public when it comes to dark money organizations buying our elections and violating our constitution.

The people who wrote Missouri's law agree with me: The public has a right to transparency.

So far, the courts have not, but I am hoping the Missouri Supreme Court grants review and restores the people's rights to hold these fake charities accountable.

I shouldn't have to litigate this case. Our Attorney General should be. But he's not interested in transparency.

So instead, I've had to spend a lot of time and money doing his job, including another $70 just to appeal. The Supreme Court will soon decide whether it wants to hear argument on the case or not.

Third, our Attorney General is costing us a lot of money.

Did you know that our government has hired the Bryan Cave law firm and Rex Sinquefield’s lawyer? All to fight Missourians using the Sunshine Law to access public records.

Bryan Cave is charging us $370 per hour. Sinquefield’s lawyer is charging us $280. When I was an Assistant Attorney General, I was lucky to make $20 per hour.

So far, we’ve spent over $400,000 of public taxpayer money on hiding records from the public.

Because our Attorney General refuses to do his job and enforce the Sunshine Law, private citizens have to, costing us all of this money.

This mismanagement is incredible.

We need an experienced Attorney General who understands how the office works, upholds transparency in government, and quits wasting our money.

As Attorney General, I won’t sell out Missouri to the highest bidder. Instead, I’ll make that office work again and prosecute this corruption.

And you better believe I’ll take any public official to court who isn’t here for us.

We need an Attorney General who is here for us.

Help us get one.
