Earlier this year, the Biden administration finally acknowledged how dangerous PFAS chemicals are and set lifetime health advisories for four notorious PFAS chemicals at near zero. But polluters are still allowed to recklessly dump these hazardous chemicals into our air and water.

Designating cancer-causing PFAS chemicals like PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances would require polluters to clean up their mess and make them think twice before carelessly dumping PFAS into our water. But the chemical industry is putting pressure on the Biden administration to back down. We can’t let that happen!
