The STARR Collection opened on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022. Please mark your calendar with the important dates below.
- Sept. 5 ? STARR Data Quality Analysis (Mid-Collection 1). If you wish to have your data reviewed, please submit your data before this date.
- Oct. 3 ? STARR Data Quality Analysis (Mid-Collection 2). If you wish to have your data reviewed, please submit your data before this date.
- Oct. 15 ? STARR Collection closes and must be certified by 11:59 p.m. EDT.

The MCCDI Collection for community colleges opened on Monday, Aug. 1. Please mark your calendar with the important dates below.

Colleges and universities should review their information in the Educational Entity Master to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Contact information in EEM is used by CEPI for important communications, and all entities should ensure they have the following contacts listed:
Chancellor, Chief Financial Officer, Dean, Director of Institutional Research, MI School Data Keyholder, MPDI Data Coordinator, President, Provost and Registrar.
Please make any appropriate updates in the EEM. Refer to the Are Your EEM Records Up to Date memo for further information.
The Postsecondary Collections Team will host STARR Office Hours prior to the Mid 1 Data Quality Snapshot and during the final week of the STARR Collection. This allows STARR users to meet one-on-one with CEPI analysts to answer questions and troubleshoot their STARR data submission. See dates and times below.
Pre-Mid 1 Snapshot Sessions:
- Tuesday, Aug. 30, from 10-11:30 a.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 1, from 10-11:30 a.m.
Final Week of Collection Sessions:
Monday, Oct. 10 through Oct. 14
- Morning Sessions from 10-11 a.m.
- Afternoon Sessions from 2-3 p.m.
To assist users with data validation, the MCCDI Collection has been updated with an Export to Excel function. This will allow MCCDI users to export a module into Excel to filter, save and print module data.
The function is currently available for the Enrollment and Financial Aid modules. Future IHE announcements will share when the function is added to the remaining modules.
