As primary votes continue to come in, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

To those who volunteered your time, chipped in whatever you could afford, voted and encouraged your friends and family to vote, I am incredibly grateful for your support.

It's because of this grassroots team that the Democratic House majority has been able to accomplish so much over the last four years. I know our work is far from over, and I'm ready to keep delivering results for the people of Washington's 8th District.

That's why I'm so honored to once again be the Democratic nominee for Washington's 8th District. But our work is just getting started, because the midterm election has officially begun.

As votes are being counted, we still don't know who our Republican opponent will be for the general election. But we do know national Republicans will stop at nothing to flip this seat red.

With control of the House hinging on WA-08 and election experts calling this race a "toss up", I'm counting on your support more than ever in these crucial final months.
