The federal government’s first priority should be to ensure our border is
secure. Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer haveFAILED to do this. They have created the
BIGGEST humanitarian and national security crisis I’ve seen in my lifetime, and
it’s only getting worse.

Under Joe Biden’s administration, our border patrol agents have been
overwhelmed. The flow of deadly drugs like fentanyl from China into our country
by way of Mexico has madeEVERY STATE a border state–EVEN ILLINOIS.



In 2020, over TWICE AS MANY Illinoisans died from fentanyl and other opioids
than from car accidents–and that number is only expected to grow as the crisis
continues.
