Big news, Folks: My friend Gabe Vasquez is leading his right-wing opponent, Rep. Yvette Herrell, in a new poll by 1 point in New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District race.
I won’t mince words here: This race is a true toss-up and could decide which party holds the majority next year. A Democrat held this seat as recently as 2018. It will all come down to the candidate who can bring more voters to the polls. And right now, Gabe is showing incredible momentum.
Let’s come together to help Gabe flip this seat blue and protect the Democratic House majority. Will you split a donation between Gabe and my campaign so we have the resources to get him across the finish line?

I’ve known Gabe for a long time. He has what it takes to meaningfully address climate change, lower everyday costs, and make healthcare more affordable and accessible for New Mexicans.
But first, he has to unseat MAGA Republican Yvette Herrell. Herrell has made it clear she cares more about advancing a far-right agenda than serving New Mexicans.
She’s voted against protecting access to abortion care and contraception, marriage equality, and providing healthcare to our veterans who were exposed to toxic burn pits. She’s spread misinformation about COVID-19. And she even celebrated the conservative-stacked Supreme Court’s devastating decision to limit the EPA’s authority to curb climate change.
Gabe has the momentum to defeat Herrell and her extreme agenda. But Republicans will do everything they can to stop Gabe from flipping this seat and defending our House majority. That’s why I hope you’ll split a contribution between Gabe and me today to power his campaign to victory:

With your support, Gabe can win this race and give New Mexico’s 2nd District the leadership they deserve. Thank you for giving what you can today.
