I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support towards our end-of-month fundraising deadline. Thanks to hundreds of supporters like you -- in Orange County and across California -- we were able to hit our July fundraising goal. Now we head into August with all the momentum.
This is important because we recently learned that a Kevin McCarthy-aligned super PAC has pledged over $500,000 for TV attacks against me here in Orange County. It’s clear that National Republicans are worried about our momentum -- and that Kim is vulnerable.
You can bet they will throw the kitchen sink at us, which is why we must build our war chest for when the time comes -- for mailers, TV and digital ads, door-to-door canvassing, and phone banking.
