We’re all still reeling from the catastrophic Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturned a woman’s constitutional right to bodily autonomy as decided by Roe v. Wade.

Glenn Youngkin has wasted no time here in the Commonwealth capitalizing on this decision. He announced his support for a complete ban on abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and said he would sign ANY anti-choice legislation that lands on his desk, presumably including the proposal to criminalize the procedure entirely.

This is why it’s so important that we pass legislation at the federal level that protects women’s right to choose and prevents Glenn Youngkin and the GOP from meddling with private healthcare decisions.
