Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on July 27, 2022, from Two Rivers Wind, LLC and Lucky Star Wind, LLC (Permittee) regarding?a modification to this permit related to the Two Rivers and Lucky Star Wind Energy Project construction schedule as follows:
- The Permittee is requesting an extension of the construction commencement deadline from November 20, 2022 to November 20, 2025.
Pursuant to Conditions #11 and #12 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 18-11. ?The Division will accept public comment until 5:00 PM on September 2, 2022.? The Director may authorize proposed changes so long as no party or Council Member requests that the matter be heard before the Council. It is the Director?s intention to authorize the change on or after September 5, 2022, if the Division does not hear from the parties or the Council members. The public may review a copy of the proposed amendment at the office of the Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, WY or online at:
