Notice of Request for a Permit
Pursuant to provisions of the Wyoming Industrial Development Information and Siting Act and Siting Rules and Regulations, Notice is hereby given that Anticline Wind, LLC, has filed an application for the construction and operation of the Anticline Wind Energy Project (Project), anticipated to be constructed in two phases in Natrona County, Wyoming.? The Project will be constructed on all private land leases in Natrona County. All the turbines and associated infrastructure will be located in Natrona County. The Project is planned to be up to 175 megawatts (MW) in size, consisting of as many as approximately 52 wind turbines, depending on final turbine technology selection.? The applicant proposes a 10-month construction period that is planned to begin with road building for Phase I in March 2024 with commercial operation in December 2024. Phase II is planned to have a 10-month construction period beginning with road building in March 2026 with commercial operation in December 2026. Anticline estimates that the onsite construction workforce will have a peak monthly average of 158 temporary construction jobs and a 10-month average workforce of 89 for Phase I in 2024 and a peak monthly average of 119 temporary construction jobs and a 10-month average workforce of 67 for Phase II in 2026.

Notice of Hearing
Pursuant to W. S. 16-3-107, Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Industrial Siting Council will conduct a contested case hearing on the Application for a Permit for the Anticline Wind Project at 8:00 A.M. on October 5-6, 2022 at the Thyra Thomson Building, Roundhouse room 3024, 444 W Collins Dr., Casper, WY 82601.? The Council will consider the applicant?s request for a Permit pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act (W. S. 35-12-101 et. seq.) and the Rules and Regulations adopted thereunder. ?Persons eligible pursuant to W. S. 35-12-111 and wishing to participate must notify the Industrial Siting Council in writing by September 7, 2022 and participate in the pre-hearing meeting on September 21, 2022 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Thyra Thomson Building, Roundhouse room 3024, 444 W Collins Dr., Casper, WY 82601. ?Persons desiring to make a limited appearance statement only may submit a written statement as provided by W. S. 35-12-111(c).?
