Hi John,
We're just months away from state elections, where anti-trans candidates like Georgia's Marjorie Taylor Greene will run for reelection. Her congressional reelection campaign has been filled with anti-trans messaging, and she's gaining more support each day. All around the country, candidates in the states are running on anti-trans platforms, even going so far as running hateful TV ads against us to infect the public with their rhetoric.
Not long after state elections, we'll see more candidates gear up for the 2024 presidential election. Donald Trump, Mike Pence, Ted Cruz, and Ron DeSantis are all possible GOP candidates. This is dangerous for trans people.
This is serious, John. We cannot let 2016 happen again.
