In just one week, Vermonters will have a big decision in front of them. For the first time since 2006, we will choose who will fill an open congressional seat in Washington. 

It’s a big choice – and we only get one. One representative out of 435.

I know that Molly Gray is up for the job. She’s tough, she’s knowledgeable and she has the experience to be an incredible first Congresswoman for Vermont. She also serves as Vermont’s 82nd Lt. Governor, an office I once held. She’s done a remarkable job. 

Molly has run a statewide campaign before – and won. She won’t raise a penny more than she needs to win. Unfortunately, in the last month, multiple outside groups have poured in nearly $1 million for her opponent.

Molly is one of the hardest working people I know. As our Congresswoman, she’ll put working families first and champion the policies that we care about – climate action, affordable childcare and paid family and medical leave.
