YHM Increases ASA Sponsorship For 2022
EASTHAMPTON, MA – The American Suppressor Association (ASA) is excited to announce that Yankee Hill Machine (YHM), a leading manufacturer of suppressors, AR-15 pattern firearms, and firearm accessories, is increasing their sponsorship to the Tier 2 level for 2022.
“YHM is committed to advancing private suppressor ownership, which is why we continue to support the ASA,” said Christopher Graham, Co-Owner of YHM. “The ASA is made up of individuals, lobbyists, subject matter experts, manufacturers and dealers from across the country with the singular goal of creating, supporting, and passing pro-suppressor legislation. No other group exists solely to advocate for advancing suppressor rights. For this reason, we choose to invest in and support the ASA.”

ASA Cited In Texas Lawsuit Against ATF
On July 15, 2022, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed an amended lawsuit against ATF and acting director Gary Restaino (Paxton v. Restaino 4:22-cv-00143). The lawsuit seeks relief for several Texans wrongly denied the ability to make their own suppressor after filing ATF Form 1's to do so.
The lawsuit cites ASA's work from back in March 2022 that broke the story and gathered facts about the scope of the mass disapproval of over 800 Form 1 applications to make suppressors.
