News and Updates The Legislature Should Protect Wisconsin's Public Records Laws WILL issued a policy brief, Broken Records: A Call for Legislative Reform in Wisconsin Public Records Law, that encourages the Wisconsin legislature to fix Wisconsin’s open records law. The current leadership in Milwaukee is hoping to use the funds to shore up a teetering pension system, address lead abatement, and upgrade street lighting.
