Build your future with Tom McDermott! The Team McDermott Fellowship Application is now live! Fellows will work closely with campaign staff and have the opportunity to learn about the political process on a high-profile, federal campaign that will likely become one of the largest races in the nation this election cycle.
Campaign Fellows will learn how to execute a professional campaign field plan, policy program, digital strategy, and engage various aspects of the campaign on team projects virtually and in person. Campaign Fellows will assist Team McDermott in implementing all aspects of the campaign strategy, including but not limited to:
- Policy Research
- Field Operations
- Donor Research
- Volunteer at events
- Assist in social media and messaging strategy
