End legal immunity for the gun industry.

Demand Congress Pass the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act.

The Protection of Lawful Commerce of Arms Act (PLCAA) has protected the gun industry from lawsuits since 2005, blocking survivors and the families of victims from suing for justice.

Since then, mass shootings have surged as the gun industry profits off endangering innocent people.

We need to pass the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act, which repeals the gun liability shield and allows survivors to sue for justice.

Tell Congress: End legal protection for gun makers. Gun victims should have the right to hold gun makers accountable.

As the American public bears the pain of mass shootings, gun manufacturers exploit fear and anxiety in their marketing.

There are more guns in America than people. If more guns made us safe, we would be the safest country on the planet.

Instead, gun deaths have skyrocketed, becoming the #1 cause of death among children under 18.

It’s time to hold the gun industry accountable in court.

Sign our petition and tell Congress: Pass the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act and repeal the PLCAA.
