This month, we set a huge fundraising goal for this grassroots team of $75,000, and I'm proud to say this team, once again, came through.

Not only did we blow our fundraising goal out of the park, we saw hundreds of new donors step up to the plate to join our list of grassroots donors. It's incredible, John.

Because of you, our campaign is in a great position to get our message out, organize far and wide, and mobilize hundreds of thousands to flip CA-27 from red to blue. You stepped up, and I want to let you know I am fiercely committed to stepping up for you to make sure we defeat Mike Garcia and his extremist agenda.

Winning this race is not a luxury. It's a necessity if we want to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms we've fought so hard for over generations.

The right to choose when or if to have children. The right to privacy and medical care. The right to marry who you love. The right to live on a healthy and habitable planet.
