We know most Americans support abortion rights, but how can we translate that support into action for change? Persuading people to move from belief to action can be a hard ask. How do you convince people to join a campaign? How do you reach out to friends and family to get them on board? How do you turn your coworkers' frustration with current events into political action?

As grassroots organizers we understand this problem intimately, which is why we’ve been hard at work creating a recruitment training to give you the tools and confidence you need to get more people involved in the fight for reproductive health and rights for all.

Recruitment is the foundation of any successful grassroots campaign for social change. As progressives, we rely on the power of the people to fuel all of our actions and to steer our movement. We can’t move forward if we don’t have the numbers on our side. Which means we need to build a nationwide network that’s pushing for abortion rights through every possible avenue.
