Recently, Shell Oil boasted RECORD profits which is exactly why Donald Norcross introduced the GOUGE Act to hold companies accountable for taking advantage of hardworking Americans.

The Gouge Act would maintain transportation funds, suspend the federal gas tax, offer incentives for states to suspend their gas taxes while placing large fines on oil and gas companies who commit price gouging to discourage corporate greed.
