We’re asking for your help to support the Care Fellowship

John,

Earlier this summer, I was telling you about our amazing Care Fellowship, and I wanted to pick up where we left off.

This year, we’re planning for our biggest Fellowship class we’ve ever had – 80 Fellows from across the country – and we need your help to make it happen.

During our “Caregivers are Changemakers” fundraising campaign this week, we’re trying to raise the cost for training and supporting one Care Fellow. Will you be part of a Fellowship success story? Make your donation today.

Contribute today to support the Care Fellowship.

Training isn’t the only expense involved with our Fellows. We also provide a stipend, respite care, travel to in-person events, translation, and accessibility support for those who need it. When you add it all up, the Fellowship is quite an investment for our team.

There’s more. The program supports predominantly low-income family caregivers as they learn to tell their stories, develop their media and advocacy skills, gain needed personal support, and grow a community of mutual support. That’s invaluable.

If everyone receiving this email kicked in just a single dollar, we’d clear our goal by a mile. But we know that not everyone is in a position to make a donation. So if you are, we’re asking you to give what you can to support this essential program.

Will you make your contribution today to support the Care Fellowship?

With care,

Vanessa Butterworth, Digital Director
Caring Across Generations

PS – There’s never a good time to ask for money, but this work is so important. This is the first day of the week-long fundraising campaign we rescheduled from the end of June. You can help it be a success by making your donation today. Or if you’re not in a place where you can make a donation this week, simply reply to this email and we’ll take you off the list until we’re done.
