Tonight, we’re facing a critical test in this race: Our July fundraising deadline.

Across the country, we’re seeing the effects of Republican attorneys general who are using their offices to restrict our rights and attack our values.

But here in California, we’re fighting for progress. We’re protecting the right to access safe, legal abortion care. We’re holding gun manufacturers and opioid makers accountable for the harm they’ve caused to our communities, and pushing to protect and codify our fundamental rights.

But that progress is in danger this year from national Republicans who are targeting this race. They’d like to erase the work we’ve done and install their own attorney general in California. 

We can’t let that happen – we need an attorney general ready to fight for us. Chip in to Rob Bonta’s campaign before tonight’s end-of-month deadline.
