Greens make electoral gains across London

Greens recently contested local council by-elections in De Beauvoir in Hackney and New Malden Village in Kingston.

In under two months, Tyrone Scott managed to overturn a 500 vote deficit with twiche the vote to come within 27 votes winning the by-election in De Beauvoir.

In Kingston, Lucy Howard managed to acheive an impressive second and almost doubled the votes received by Labour and the Conservatives!

Congratulations to all the candidates and a massive thank you to all members and supporters for helping make this happen, however large or small your contribution!
