Sharice is leading this fight in Congress, because when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, they made it clear that this could open the floodgates for them to revisit and overturn other landmark decisions like marriage equality.

We can’t take any of our rights for granted, which is why Sharice, a proud member of the LGBTQ community and advocate for equality, is pushing to codify the Supreme Court’s previous rulings that all couples can have the same legal benefits of marriage.
