This week the Senate will vote on Lawrence VanDyke's nomination to the Ninth Circuit. 

VanDyke is beholden to the NRA and believes all gun violence prevention laws are  "misdirected." As Solicitor General of NV, VanDyke refused to enforce a voter-approved ballot initiative requiring background checks for all firearm sales in the state. He does not deserve a lifetime appointment to the Ninth Circuit.  

The American Bar Association rated him as "not qualified" and described him as lazy and arrogant. 

Can you email Senator Toomey and tell him Lawrence VanDyke is incapable of serving as an impartial justice and that he should vote NO on his nomination to the Ninth Circuit?
