Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our democracy, team, and it all starts with the right to vote. That’s why I’m proud we passed the Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2019 last week.

It’s simple: we should be enhancing voting rights – not suppressing them. The House passed these vital protections. Now it’s the Senate’s turn. Sign here if you agree. ([link removed])

Making voting free, fair, and accessible is a no brainer – but unfortunately, there are some out there who are so threatened by American democracy that they have put in place voter suppression mechanisms to silence our voices.

We must never allow our country to revert back to the days of Jim Crow when voter suppression tactics were not just accepted, but encouraged. We must make sure that no one’s vote is interfered with and every vote counts.

Can you add your name and stand with me to tell the Senate Republicans to protect our democracy? ([link removed])

SIGN ON ([link removed])

If we neglect to protect Americans from having our birthright of democracy suppressed, we are effectively surrendering our power – our votes – our voice.

Don’t let that happen – especially not ahead of the most consequential election of our lifetime:  [link removed]

Thank you,

Jerry
