Because when we close the books on this July fundraising deadline, we want to post strong numbers that show Mitch McConnell and National Republicans we haven’t skipped a beat since the primary.

This is especially important now that we have our Republican opponent. They and National Republicans will throw ridiculous amounts of money into running attack ads against us.

We can push back against their attacks, but only if we meet our financial goals like this one.

On a more personal note, it would mean a lot to me to know you have my back as we get closer and closer to our re-election.
