The Independent: ‘You just sentenced veterans to death’: Democrats and
veterans outraged as GOP senators block burn pits bill (July 28, 2022)
When I was stationed in Iraq, this was my view:

I lived near an open-air burn pit. Smoke filled the air all the time --
and I had to run through it. So to all the Republicans like Josh Hawley
and Roy Blunt who decided to screw veterans like me this week…
F**k you. Every last one of you.
[ [link removed] ]If you’re with me, please chip in $10 to my grassroots U.S. Senate
campaign in Missouri right now so we can stand up to these criminal
politicians, flip this seat, and elect a real warrior for everyday people
to the U.S. Senate.
These same Republican politicians voted time after time to keep people
like me and my buddies fighting their pointless overseas wars, wasting
trillions of dollars while their defense contractor donors got rich. But
now when it comes time to take care of those of us who served, we're
suddenly broke. It's just criminal.
BS like this is exactly why I'm running for Senate. I'm tired of corrupt
politicians just ripping everything away from us -- our healthcare, our
rights, even our lives.
Anyone saying we can't afford to invest in healthcare for our veterans is
a liar.
When I’m in the U.S. Senate, you’ll always know I’m fighting for real,
everyday Americans -- that’s why I don’t take a cent of corporate PAC
money and don’t pull any punches when it comes to taking on defense
contractors, Wall Street, the fossil fuel industry OR their corrupt allies
in Congress.
Together, we’re building a people-powered movement so we can invest in our
own people and our own communities -- not the wealthy elites who are
stripping us for parts.

into getting out the vote because the primary is this Tuesday!
Thank you for being part of it,
