This is the worst time for me to fall short of my can't-miss goal. The GOP is preparing to launch a massive attack ad campaign against me with the goal of flipping Florida red permanently. And between the Senate Republican campaign arm and Marco Rubio himself, the GOP has hauled in more than $32 million to flip the Senate for Mitch McConnell.

So even though polling shows me just 2 points down, I have a steep mountain to climb to catch up to the GOP's advantage in Florida.

Since this grassroots team is so strong, I know that if we muster our willpower and dig deep, we will flip Florida blue. And right now, digging deep means hitting these grassroots fundraising goals today and all the way to Election Day.
