At the end of each month, our campaign team sits around a table and plots out how we’re going to use our resources and budget to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in Wisconsin.

We had our tentative plans for August – then, Donald Trump announced that he was coming to Wisconsin to rally his right-wing base next month, not just once, but twice.

With his arrival in our state comes a new wave of support for Wisconsin Republicans like Ron Johnson. First comes Trump’s in-person rally, then ads, emails, and Fox News interviews hyping up his visit and endorsements. Basically, it means a lot of resources coming in for the Republicans we desperately need to defeat this fall.

It’s going to take a lot of grassroots support to fight back and counteract the impact Trump makes on Wisconsin Republicans. Which is why we’re asking:

Will you step up and pitch in $3 or anything you can ahead of tomorrow’s end-of-month fundraising deadline to help us match the resources Trump brings to the Wisconsin Republicans? We need to support Wisconsin Democrats, now more than ever.
