Can you believe we’re at the end of July? Between the typical chaos of taking the kids to sports practices and playdates and working to flip West Michigan blue, the summer is absolutely flying by. It’s hard to believe that our next fundraising deadline is tomorrow night — and if you’re able, I’d greatly appreciate a contribution of any amount to ensure we reach our goal.

Tomorrow marks our last monthly fundraising deadline before the Michigan primary when we find out which Republican I’ll be facing in November. One thing is certain: whoever I’m running against will be supported by serious outside funding. I may not have their networks of megadonors, but I have something more powerful: a grassroots team who believes, as I do, that West Michigan deserves a strong advocate in Congress.
