I was born in India and grew up in India, Indonesia and Singapore before coming to the United States for college.

And today I am the first South Asian American woman ever elected to the House of Representatives.

There are thousands of activists all across the country working to redefine what leadership looks like. Team ASPIRE is pushing for every single person to be a part of that conversation.
