I wanted to reach out to you directly to share some facts with you about my Republican opponent, Erik Aadland. 

He believes the arrest of Proud Boys following the January 6th insurrection was “leftist censorship.” He has said the 2020 presidential election was “absolutely rigged,” and even brags about hiring an insurrectionist on his campaign. 

Team, he even follows accounts run by election deniers, QAnon supporters, and white nationalists. 

Frankly, I’m running for Congress to help the people of Colorado and to protect our democracy from dangerous candidates like my opponent who peddles Trump’s Big Lie. 

But my opponent is getting millions of dollars in help from national Republicans. So if we’re going to defeat him, and keep Colorado’s 7th District blue, then I need your help. Can you donate $5 or $15 to my campaign today?

It’s clear that my opponent is a dangerous extremist who would push a MAGA agenda if elected to Congress. 

Not only are Trump’s lies at the top of his agenda, he also stands against reproductive health care, common sense gun reform and public education.

These are the stakes in this race. This is why I’m working so hard to win and keep this seat blue. If we’re going to protect abortion rights, voting rights, and LGBTQ+ rights, it could all come down to this very seat.
