Hello John,
I have exciting news to share with you. Camera traps in Malaysia recently recorded a mother tiger with four cubs—and you can view the exclusive footage here!
Malaysia is home to fewer than 150 tigers. Tigers here are on the brink of extinction and the threats of poaching are severe. To help save these beautiful cats, WWF and local patrol units have come together and reduced poaching incidents by 98%.
This recent footage gives me hope—we can save this endangered species. Watch this video to see these young tiger cubs up close.
And that's not all. An exciting announcement yesterday reveals that Nepal has more than doubled its tiger population since 2009. It's an incredible achievement and testament to the conservation efforts of the government, partners, and local communities over the last 12 years.
With you by our side, we are creating a better future for tigers and other wildlife and their habitats around the world. Thank you for all that you do.
Take care,
Jessica Senior Director, Membership World Wildlife Fund
