President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden has a long history of questionable behavior and is often the subject of controversy. Known for his dodgy, $50,000 per month job in Ukraine and his habit of blowing family money on drugs, prostitutes, and strip clubs, Hunter’s past has been a constant drag on his family name.
Many have long suspected the president’s son of having committed crimes, but recent uncoverings seem to corroborate that he has committed at least one–and isn’t being charged for it.
According to Politico, Hunter, when purchasing a firearm, “responded “no” to a question on the transaction record that asks, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Five years earlier, he had been discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine, and he and family members have spoken about his history of drug use.”
The law strictly forbids making a false statement regarding one’s substance abuse or addiction when attempting to purchase a gun. To do so is a felony.
“The gun-store incident occurred during a period after Hunter Biden’s administrative discharge from the Naval Reserves for his positive cocaine test and his subsequent divorce from his first wife, Kathleen,” Politico continued. “At the time of the gun incident, Hunter was in a romantic relationship with Hallie, the widow of his late brother, Beau.”
In his memoir, Hunter admitted that at the time of the purchase he was “smoking crack every 15 minutes,” National Review noted. To strengthen the case against him, “there are photographs of the president’s naked son wielding the gun with drugs and drug paraphernalia in the frame.”
