Another idea for an honorary birthday gift for Neil would be to wear a green “Neil Parrott for Congress” T Shirt this week! Every time you wear the Parrott shirt it is like a $300 walking advertisement…and a great conversation-starter with your neighbors about why you support Neil! You could wear the green shirt to the ball field, the pool, the picnic, or even just the grocery store! If you think of it, snap a quick picture and either post it on Facebook or send it to us. He would love that!
I will be making Neil’s favorite blueberry pie with blueberries Patience and I picked from the Litton’s Family Farm in Fairplay, MD! We will certainly be talking about the campaign with our kids around the dinner table since this has been such a big part of our lives. So, in a sense, you will be celebrating Neil’s birthday with us! I hope to present the online card to him then, too.
We are so thankful for each of you. Thank you for being so kind to Neil and to me! We are very excited about the next few months, and we are glad that you are standing with us. We love our country, and we are ready to work hard to help America stay the land of the free and the brave!
Neil will be out talking with people in Frederick and Washington Counties all day tomorrow, but we will definitely be singing Happy Birthday to him in the evening over warm blueberry pie with ice cream!
