Jai Thai restaurant at 235 Broadway Ave E, Seattle 98102 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on July 29, 2022 at 2:30 pm due to the following violations:


* Sewage back-up in facility
* Pest infestation

The establishment will be allowed to reopen once the inspector confirms that these issues have been resolved.
