Lauren Underwood For Congress

John — We’re seeing firsthand just how extreme the Republican Party has become.

Last month, they celebrated the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and wipe out abortion access for millions of Americans. Their decision to put their own self-interests above what the majority of Americans support should speak for itself, but there’s even more.

Alongside their attacks on the right to choose, 195 House Republicans voted against the Right to Contraception Act, which would ensure that contraceptives like birth control pills remain accessible nationwide.

These attacks on women are not where their hatred and negligence ends, John.

The vast majority of House GOP members also voted against legislation that would federally protect gay and interracial marriage. In the year 2022.

Their extremist beliefs are overreaching, undemocratic, and downright dangerous. If they gain enough power to control Congress and pass legislation at a whim, there’s no doubt that marginalized communities will be targeted and directly harmed.

That’s why we must fight to protect our Democratic majorities and why we need all hands on deck to help reelect Lauren this November.

Our end-of-month fundraising deadline is just three days away, and we’re still behind on our goal. John, can you help us catch up on our goal and keep extremist Republicans from taking control by pitching in $10 now?
